Run 4 All Women

July 2017

Run 4 All Women is a growing national movement elevating conversations about women's issues, and empowering grassroots activism through fitness. We're holding coordinated running events in communities around the country over the weekend of August 11-13, 2017, raising money for Planned Parenthood, and awareness about the critical importance of this organization in the lives and health of women everywhere.

Ready to go from "active" to "activist?" Plan to join Run 4 All Women California for a day of grassroots activism and empowerment through fitness, as we run and walk through coastal San Diego County!

Saturday, August 12, 2017
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

People of every ability, gender, age, and political persuasion can join us to demonstrate resistance to the status quo in Washington D.C., raise critical funds for Planned Parenthood, and elevate conversations in their communities about women’s issues and reproductive health rights. If you care about access to affordable, quality health care, WE NEED YOU:

RUNNERS of all abilities are encouraged to join the group for a leg of any distance as we make our way through a scenic 40-mile route from Encinitas to Chula Vista through the coastal communities of North County, San Diego, and the South Bay (route map below).

WALKERS can join a coordinated afternoon walk along the final 4 miles of the route, meeting up with the runners in Chula Vista.

VOLUNTEERS can help out at the start, the finish, or at one of the 9 meet-up points along the way.

DONORS can provide resources and supplies for the event, or make tax-deductible contributions to Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest through our online fundraising campaign at www.crowdrise.com/r4awca

SUPPORTERS can raise their voices in support all along the course, and gather with us in celebration at the finish area.
